 Description

Orange Shirt Day is September 30 and is a great opportunity to support creating awareness of the harm that children endured because of the residential schools and the need for reconciliation. We have custom t-shirts with artwork from various leaders ready for you to purchase for $11 each or you can also create your own design and personalize your t-shirts for $11.

• T-shirts are: 100% Cotton, 9.1 oz, Double Stitch Sleeve and Bottom Hem , 1 by 1 Rib Knit Collar
• Can be ordered for $11 as a service to your students or run as a fundraiser. We suggest a sell price of $16 but it is your decision what price you set.
• Sizes Youth Small through Adult 2XL (see sizing chart below)

 T-shirt Options

Custom T-shirts – we are accepting designs from artists across Canada and will make them available as options to choose from for $11. Please email us to see the various designs available.  No minimum order required for each design.

Personalized T-shirts – you can create your own design to have placed on your t-shirts. We require that you submit this information no later than June 30 so our designers can get a proof back to you for approval and then you can place your order. We require a minimum order of 80 t-shirts for this option.

 Process

• Order one t-shirt per student and/or run the Order Taker Program
• Group signs and faxes in Participation Agreement Form to Head Office indicating number of

t-shirts and sizes they would like to order  or if they select the Order Taker Program we need to know how many order takers they will require

• Groups that offer the Order Taker Program should do so for a period of 2 weeks
• Payment accepted by check, e-transfer or money order
• Fundraising Coordinator or Organizer collects all orders and tallies them up. The coordinator then completes the master order form indicating the address where they would like the order delivered to on the top part of the form. This order is faxed or emailed into Ultimate Fundraising Inc. at 1-250-489-8133 to be processed along with their payment.
• Once payment is received, the groups order will be shipped out to them in September prior to September 21st.
